Framerate Converter HQ 1.1 has been released! The new version contains the new 
and the best frame interpolation method called "Lansin" (from Lanczos+Sine), 
deinterlace option with 6 resample methods, improved progress dialog (current 
frame, estimated time left), better user's guide, several major speed-ups and 
several bugfixes.

Framerate Converter HQ is the video processing tool that can smoothly increase 
or reduce video framerate without causing jerkiness. It can be used to simulate 
a 24 fps film using standard PAL or NTSC source or increase smoothness of a 
jerky 15 fps video. Framerate Converter HQ can be used in filmmaking, editing 
music videos, for making downloadable Internet trailers and multimedia 
presentations, for processing low-framerate movies downloaded from the Internet 
or recorded with digital photo camera, etc.
