Cleanerzoomer is able to remove virtually any kind of artifacts from any image: 
JPEG blockiness and fringes (ringing), photo noise, hot pixels, dust, moire, 
color banding, dithering, etc. Also, using the same technology, it is able to 
enlarge images with outstanding sharpness and a very natual look. Cleanerzoomer 
is a must-have tool for any user working with Internet images or digital photos. 
Cleanerzoomer is simple enough to be used by beginners (using the built-in 
presets) and has enough of sliders to satisfy demands of professionals at the 
same time.

Cleanerzoomer can:

  * remove JPEG artifacts: blockiness and fringes (ringing)
  * remove photo noise (low ISO noise)
  * remove hot pixels or dust
  * remove other artifacts: moiré, color banding, dithering, etc.
