11view 3.0 has been recently released.

Changes in this release:
[+] Text overlay.
[+] The "File Filter" dialog.
[+] The "Run" function.
[+] The "Browser only" mode.
[+] The "Panoramic Scroll" functions.
[+] Desktop folder displays its contents.
[+] The "Drag-and-Drop As in the Windows Explorer" option in the Options
    dialog's "Controls" tab (the "Miscellaneous" sub-dialog).
[+] The "Ask before Drag-and-Drop copying/moving" option in the Options
    dialog's "Controls" tab (the "Miscellaneous" sub-dialog).
[+] The "Show file information in the status bar" option in the Options
    dialog's "Misc" tab.
[+] The "File browser's scroll bar size" option in the Options dialog's
    "Misc" tab.
[+] The "Move Files" option in the "Copy Files(s) to Folder"
    (now "Copy/Move File(s) to Folder") dialog.
[+] Shift+Delete now deletes files permanently.
[+] TAB key now moves the keyboard focus between views.
[+] The "Registration/Donation" function.
[*] The License is changed.
[-] Bug with crashing on long file names fixed.
[-] Minor fixes and changes.
