Good day!

Framerate Converter HQ (FRCHQ) 2.03 has just been released. This is mostly a
bugfix release, it also includes general interface rearrangement.

The list of changes ([+] added, [*] changed, [-] fixed ):

[*] Rearranged GUI
[-] Bug that prevented the "Median 5" interpolation from working
[-] Several smaller fixes
