Stratopoint Software Privacy Policy

Andrey Alexandrovich Pivovarov (efenstor@stratopoint.com) and Roman Alexandrovich Pivovarov (roman@stratopoint.com), the authors of the software products released under the name of Stratopoint Software, strictly adhere to the following rules to retain their clients' private information undisclosed and safe:

  1. Software products:
    1. Our software products do never send or receive any private or public information related to their users to or via the Internet and do not require an Internet connection at least without an option to avoid it without affecting the most of program functionality (except for options directly dependent on an Internet connection).
    2. Our software products do never collect or use any private or public information from users' computers for any needs except for their unavoidable internal needs. Such information, if ever collected or used, is never sent to anyone by any means, disclosed or shown in a directly readable form anywhere inside or outside a program.
    3. Our software registration system does not require user's private information except for license key. This rule is not applicable to the online ordering system regulated by the share*it! privacy statement.
  2. Web-sites:
    1. This web-site never does collect or use any private or public information related to its visitors except for if it was given by a user willingly. Such information, if ever collected or used, is never disclosed or shown in a directly readable form anywhere, except for our own restricted offline databases.
    2. Entering any private or public information is never required to access any part of this site, except for the pages strictly dependent on it (e.g. newsletter subscription, upgrade requests, etc.). Such information, if ever collected or used, is guaranteed to be transferred and kept safe.
    3. The online ordering system that we use is regulated by the share*it! privacy statement which is not the part of this site. Any private or non-private user's information if ever transferred by share*it! to us is guaranteed to be transferred and kept safe by the means stated in article 2.2.
    4. Our sites do never use cookies, ActiveX components or Java applets that may invisibly collect some private information. JavaScript code used on this site is intended for the site functionality only and does not and can not collect any private information.
  3. Though we guarantee that all the aforementioned rules are kept by us, a user have the indisputable right to stop using our software products and/or visiting this site if the case of any suspicion that any of the aforementioned rules were broken by us.
