Stratopoint Software Privacy Policy

Roman Alexandrovich Pivovarov (roman@stratopoint.com) and Andrey Alexandrovich Pivovarov (efenstor@stratopoint.com), the authors of the software products released under the name of Stratopoint Software strictly adhere to the following rules to retain their clients' private information undisclosed and safe:

  1. Software products:
    1. Our software products do never send or receive any private or non-private information to or via the Internet and do not require Internet connection without an option to avoid it without affecting the most of program's functionality (except options directly dependent on the Internet connection).
    2. Our software products do never collect or use any private or non-private information from clients' computers for any other needs except programs' unavoidable internal needs. Such information if ever collected or used is never disclosed or shown in a directly readable form anywhere inside or outside a program.
    3. Our software products' registration system do not require any user's private information except a license key itself. This rule is not applicable to the online ordering system which is regulated by the share*it! privacy statement.
  2. Web-sites:
    1. Our main web-site as well as the software products' sites located in the STRATOPOINT.COM domain (the sites) never do collect or use any private or non-private information except if it was given by a user willingly. Such information if ever collected or used is never disclosed or shown in a directly readable form anywhere on the sites.
    2. Entering any private or non-private information is never required to access any of the sites' functionality except that which is strictly dependent on it (e.g. newsletters, upgrade requests, etc.). Such private or non-private information if ever collected or used is guaranteed to be read and used strictly by the site owners. The ways of keeping and transferring such information are protected from any unwanted access using alphanumeric passwords of at least 8 symbols length.
    3. The online ordering system that we are using is regulated by the share*it! privacy statement, it is not the part of the STRATOPOINT.COM domain. Any private or non-private user's information if ever transferred by share*it! to us is kept private and safe by the means stated in article 2.2.
    4. Our sites do never use cookies, ActiveX components or Java applets that may invisibly collect some private information. If any private or non-private information is collected by a JavaScript code that may exist on certain pages of the sites it is kept strictly in a user's system due to the constructional restrictions of the JavaScript language and erased once the page is closed.
  3. Though we guarantee that all the mentioned rules are kept by us a user have the indisputable right to stop using any of our software products and/or visiting the sites if the case of any suspicion that any of the mentioned rules are broken by us.
